Note that unknaszero and unknasprev are mutually exclusive. You can have one or the other but not both. If you specify both, I'm not sure which takes preference (checks code) ... aha, it will be unknasprev taking precedence. So in this case you can omit the unknaszero.
If you have checks that take a very long time, such as this, you should look into multithreading the checks. Unfortunately, the 'Forks: ' option does not work under windows, but you can still run multiple instances of MRTG handling separate sets of CFG files to effect multithreading.
