| Post subject: | bug: caching of archive dates under mod_perl |
Under caching mode, modify dates are not checked for routers2.conf or the archive folder and so changes are not spotted after the initial caching read. Only really affects mod_perl people who use caching and rrd-archive anddo not restart apache nightly. This is a high priority fix: if you are sufffering inconvenience due to this, email me for a copy of the beta including the fix once it becomes available. |

I'm testing a fix now. I have speedycgi set to 'unlimited requests' and 'no idle timeout' to match the behaviour of mod_perl for testing. For those who are interested, you need to add %cachedays = (); after every instance of $^T = time; and, add %cachedays = () if((-M $archroot) < 0); before the lines if( defined $cachedays{$rrdfilename} ) { @days = @{$cachedays{$rrdfilename}}; (approx line 3633). |
