I am pretty new to all of this, so thanks for cutting me some slack. I really like the program and know it will be a huge benefit to us! How can I upgrade v 2.14 to v 2.16, the only file I see is a .tar and when I download it and try to use winzip on it I get an error "Error reading header after processing 0 entries" is there something I am missing? Thanks, Drew |

A 'tar' file is a type of archive. Using a gzipped tar is a normal way to distribute packages. If you are using Winzip, then it should offer to expand out the tar file at the same time it expands the zip or gz container. Within this is a set of files. You can run the install.pl script which should take care of the updating. Note that 2.16 is a fairly old version, you can obtain 2.21 from the website now. |
