Hello, i am really new to this software. Also looked at the forum to make sure this topic hasn't already been posted and couldn't find anything. My apologies if i missed anything similar.

So i have used the mrtg bundle and it is working perfectly with all of our switches, routers and Ap's. If i open the html page in my browser, e.g http://x.x.x.x:9191/ i have no issues in opening the page and looking at the graphs. However i have used the same links in our intranet to show traffic between two sites and the graphs on the intranet will not refresh.

Any advice or help would be so much appreciated.

Can you let me know
1) the version of routers2 you are using. If it is old (current is 2.20) then try upgrading as many small issues like this have been resolved over the last couple of years
2) A copy of the routers2.conf and a cfg file affected by this (you may need to redact community string etc)
3) What URL are you using on the intranet link, ie the one which does not refresh? Are you using a naked graph image or naked graph page? Or are you using any other options?

Hi Steve, i apologize for the late reply. Your 3rd question (What URL are you using on the intranet link, ie the one which does not refresh? Are you using a naked graph image or naked graph page? Or are you using any other options?) helped me out and resolved the issue. Rookie mistake, i had used the url from the graph instead of the url for the page itself. Issue resolved and MRTG works flawlessly.
