Hello, I've got a weird scenario going on, with an interface of one of the firewalls I'm monitoring, the outbound graphing has stopped updating, however everything else is working for the device. It is only affecting one interface, as the other interfaces are being updated. The firewall is a live device and I know its working as other monitoring software shows the correct information. I've tried restarting mgrt and the server but to no avail. I have attached a screen shot of what I mean. glasgowGlasgow-Firewall.cfg-192.168.102.251_1-d-l2.png [ 51.64 KiB | Viewed 7457 times ] I have also noticed that another firewall is also having a update issue: telecityTelecity-Firewall.cfg-192.168.105.1_2-6-l2.png [ 41.57 KiB | Viewed 7445 times ] Marcus |

Have you recently changed the MaxBytes[] value? Unless you also set AbsMax, any values received >MaxBytes will be discarded - as your MaxBytes is set to 10Mb I suspect your out value exceeds this as it has done in the past, and so is discarded. Either set MaxBytes to the tru maximum throughput, or else (eg Frame relays can exceed 100% of guarenteed MaxBytes bandwidth) set AbsMax to the definite physical maximum possible (in this case, only values >AbsMax will be discarded) |
