Hello, I'm new to MRTG and routers2.cgi, and I was wondering once you have created your config and its being used with routers2.cgi, how to do you about changing the name without loosing all the historical data? I've had a look around and couldn't find anything that mentioned it. Marcus |

you can rename the .cfg file without losing any of your .rrd historical data, as this is named according to the Target[] definition in the file. However, if you are using RRD archiving, then you will need to rename the archive directories as these names are created by appending the Target name to the config file name. |
