1) the version of routers2 you are using. If it is old (current is 2.20) then try upgrading as many small issues like this have been resolved over the last couple of years
2) A copy of the routers2.conf and a cfg file affected by this (you may need to redact community string etc)
3) What URL are you using on the intranet link, ie the one which does not refresh? Are you using a naked graph image or naked graph page? Or are you using any other options?
